I looked for a way to edit my review to include the information from the PDF file you pointed out to me, but was not successful. As far as why they give different specifications for the same model LED lamp, that would seem to be a problem on their end which I fell victim to. But there was no attempt at deception on my part, I was reporting the specifications I found.
The improved specifications put the efficacy at more like 45 lumens/watt, which is certainly better than 30 lumens/watt, but still not what I would call "high" lumens/watt, not when I can buy PAR30's with 77 lumens/watt (for $80) here:

I don't normally write reviews for products I don't own, in this case I was sure to mention that I did not own it. I thought your PRO of "high lm/watt" could be misleading to someone that did not know the specifications, so I tried to help with more complete information (that turned out to be less than accurate through no fault of my own). Thank you for the link to the revised specifications, and now my hope is to find a way to edit my review to better report on those specifications.
