Zero X Electric Dirt Bike

According to Zero Motorcycles this electric dirt bike creates Zero emissions. Top speed of 60 mph and goes from 0 to 30 in less than 2 seconds, all while running virtually silent. There is also a switch you can flip to govern the top speed to 30mph so it becomes a street legal moped that you can drive without a motorcycle license. While I have not had the pleasure of trying one of these out, a friend of mine, Greg, that rode one told me all about it and I want one. Basically, he was amazed by two things... 1. How much torque it has. The company boasts that it goes 0 - 30 in less than 2 seconds. Greg loosely confirmed this by the observation he could barely hold on. 2. How quit the bike is. I still have a tough time believing this Greg, and a rep from the company assured me that the only noise this thing makes is a little chain rattle. If this does what they say it does sign me up. You get a motorcycle or moped for commuting, a dirt bike for tearing it up on the weekends and all with zero emissions and no noise pollution! Now I just need to come up with seven grand.
