I love squash, and was excited to try this. Unfortunately it was a disaster. We followed the instructions on the can, so I don't think it was chef error.
Eating/drinking the soup was like drinking from a glacier lake/river. The texture was like rock flour (sediment from glacial erosion that is suspended in the water), and the taste wasn't much better.
My wife couldn't have more than two spoonfulls, and the only way I could finish my bowl was by dipping bread in the soup and eating the bread.
I'm not joking, it really did remind me of drinking water from a glacial lake! I would NOT recommend buying this at all (unless you live many miles from a glacier and have ever wondered what the water would taste like....)
