Rheem GT-199DVP Direct Vent Gas Tankless Water Heater

The Rheem GT-199DVP commercial propane tankless water heater supplies 2-3 hot water applications at a time with temperatures up to 180 degrees. Unit can be vented either through the wall or roof and can be connected in series to increase hot water flow.

The GT-199DV can supply 7.4 gallons per minute of hot water at a 45 degree temperature rise. This is designed for commercial applications where water temperatures need to reach up to 180F. It requires a 4" stainless steel exhaust vent and with the direct vent is able to pull in air through an intake vent (can be PVC, aluminum flex, etc) to eliminate the combustion air requirements. This tankless water heater carries a 10 year limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 3 year limited warranty on parts. The ignition is electronic and the unit comes with a 120V power cord. This model can be linked with another GT-199DV in series with the EZ-Link cable (RTG-20040) for high demand applications as the two units would operate as one with double the water flow. When 3 to 20 units are connected in series a manifold controller, cables and/or control boards are required. For installations above 3,280 ft a high altitude chip is required.
