We bought this washer before our 3rd child was born. It replaced an old top loader that I'd had since college. All I can say is wow, what a difference this washer has made in our life. We throw a queen size comforter in with no problems now, and I can't believe the amount of clothes this thing will handle. Our water savings are huge, and it is very easy to use. Frankly, at first we were just sitting around watching it work. Pretty cool.
Energy Efficient and also it is QUIET! the optional storage beneath the machine is a great addition as well.
The machine determines the amount of water to use by the quantity of laundry you put in it.
