This is by far my favorite lip balm. I use their Vanilla one, too, which smells DIVINE! The shea butter makes it almost creamy, but not to where it comes off quickly. I wear it under lipstick and over lipstick and even now that it's cold, have had not a single issue with chapped lips. I've been using JASCO products for about a year. Love the company, love their service, they always have some sort of special going on and my orders always ship the next day. Highly recommended.
