My husband and I had a geothermal system installed for our new home. We have had a recurring problem, maybe because we don't fully understand how our system (HydronModule H074) is supposed to work. When the room reaches the desired temperature, it is our understand that the system is supposed to move into "stage one." However, this is not happening; instead, eventually the system locks out and a red light appears. The only way we know of to get the system working again the way it should is to turn it off and then back on again. Can anybody out there help us?
