We got this for a second dishwasher. It's very efficient and I love the control panel and being able to really customize the cycles. We use this mostly for glassware so I haven't given it a really hard workout. I like the looks of this dish drawer as well. It looks very sleek and modern. On the downside, you can't open it during a cycle when there's water in it. That is probably the case with all the dish drawers. Opening the drawer with water in it can harm the drawer. Overall I like this item and haven't had any maintenance issues.
