Ecover

I finally found a green dishwaher detergent that works. I have tried many and always found my dishes to still have stuff on them. This product actually works. I'm excited to finally be able to quit using the Cascade products with all the harsh chemicals.

The best dish soap I've ever used!

I've used just about every standard dishwashing detergent out there. This is by far the best I've used. It does seem more expensive than "normal" dishwashing powder, however, you use much less of it so it lasts just as long as non-green detergent.

My dishes come out clean, there is no film on them, and I love that there is no scent. I've used dish detergents before that fill my entire house with a horrible fake flowery scent that gives me a headache. With Ecover, I smell nothing.

The only thing I hate about this is the pour spout setup on the box. Most powder boxes have a tiny metal "door" that you pull open and shut. Not this box. It's cardboard, and not terribly sturdy. My box is only half gone, yet my spout is about to rip right off. They need to reconfigure how the spout works.
