What was really cool is that Dr. Leber has been able to identify no less than 50 different products that can be made from Pomace (grape waste) including plastics, around 20 different cooking oils, and 4 varieties of grape flour (Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonay, Reisling) as well as turning grape seed not used in those processes into grape pellets for biofuel.
